Better barn & equestrian events management

Bridle is a barn and equestrian events management platform built to replace the outdated tools that have run the industry for decades. We joined as design partners, working across the full product, from day-to-day barn operations to complex multi-role event experiences.

Everything a barn owner needs to start their day horses, clients, today's schedule, active tasks, and financials, surfaced without digging. The dashboard gives an at-a-glance read of the operation, with notifications that surface what actually needs attention.

Events in the equestrian world are complex, with multiple competitors, classes, divisions, and producers all moving at once. We designed the events experience across three distinct views: public-facing discovery, competitor management, and producer tools. Each role gets exactly what they need, nothing extra.

Each horse has its own profile: training schedules, health records, performance history. We designed a management layer that lets barn staff track every animal across every day, with a weekly training view that makes scheduling feel less like admin and more like oversight.

Two distinct but parallel experiences: clients who board or train, vendors who supply. We designed both with the same logic: quick to add, easy to filter, and detailed when you need to go deeper.

Staff time tracking built into the platform itself. Clock in, clock out, view pay periods, flag disputes all in one place. No more spreadsheets or third-party tools bolted on after the fact.

Event producers have the most complex job on the platform. We mapped the full producer flow creating events, managing classes, inputting competitors, handling recurring events and designed an experience that handles that complexity without exposing it.
