First, we meet jam!
We collaborate in-sync (over Zoom*) and spitball concepts in real time in Jam sessions at least once a week. This helps us shape the product strategy, ideate and figure out the hard stuff.

Ideation
Lo-fi mocks in minutes
We're Figma power-users, and spin up rough design solutions at break-neck speed (often in front of your own eyes on Zoom). This helps us visualize ideas in real time and figure out if they're rubbish, or if they've got legs.
Visual Design
Go high fidelity
Once we have our rough draft, we make it work. We fill in the missing pieces and make it beautiful. And more importantly, we make sure it's actually achievable within our constraints (whether that's framework, budget or time).

Formalize
Now that the messy, creative part is over, we'll componentize and document everything into the design system ready to either prototype or send to dev (and yes, we'll work with your devs to get it looking how it should).
