Discover & share great places

PLOT is a social app built around places: save where you've been, discover what's nearby, and share your map with the people who follow you. We designed the full product experience, from first launch through to the social layer that makes PLOT worth coming back to.

The first three screens set the whole premise: plot your own map of the world, find new places, check them off as you go. We designed an onboarding that communicates PLOT's value in seconds, with a visual identity bold enough to make you want to keep going.

The map is the heart of the product. We designed the map experience to surface nearby places clearly, with category filters up top, location cards that slide up on tap, and full detail views that give you everything you need to decide whether to go. Searching, browsing, and checking in all live here.

Adding a place needs to feel as quick as discovering one. We designed the add flow around search find it, tag it, plot it so the friction between experiencing somewhere and saving it is as low as possible.

The social layer that makes PLOT more than a personal map. We designed the feed to surface what the people you follow are plotting places, check-ins, collections in a format that's closer to editorial than algorithmic noise.

Two versions of the same screen: yours and theirs. We designed the profile to be a visual map of everywhere someone has been and wants to go, with their top cities, categories, and recent activity front and centre. Shareable by design.

Account management, preferences, and the edit profile flow functional but consistent with the rest of the product. Nothing flashy, nothing missing.
