Helping Interior Designers Quit Spreadsheets

Programa is the project management platform built for interior designers' specifications, mood boards, product libraries, client dashboards, time tracking, invoicing, and more, all in one place. Featured in Architectural Digest, Dezeen, and Dwell, and trusted by thousands of studios worldwide. We were brought in as a long-term design partner, working across the full product through multiple sprints on both the designer-facing experience and the brand/supplier side of the platform.

The home base for every designer. We designed the dashboard across desktop, tablet, and mobile, normal state, empty state, and new task, giving studios a clear read of their active projects and upcoming work at every screen size.

Managing multiple projects from a single view. We designed the projects index across empty and normal states, with create and edit flows and a file list view included so getting a new project started or finding an existing one never slows the studio down.

Visual boards for collecting, organising, and presenting ideas. We designed the board experience across multiple iterations: empty state, populated boards, and an edit flow with a collaborative pinboard that makes sharing concepts with clients feel as considered as the designs themselves.

A dedicated pinboard experience for mood and reference: empty, default, rearranged, archived, presentation mode. We designed pinboards to work as a presentation tool in their own right, not just an internal scratchpad.

Billable hours captured accurately and attached to the right project. We designed time tracking from the empty state through normal use: add time entry, edit time entry so no billable moment gets lost.

A lightweight task management layer built into the designer's workspace. Simple, functional, out of the way until you need it.

A central repository for project imagery: empty state, populated, and detail view. We designed the image library to make uploading and referencing visuals fast, with a clear distinction between what's in the library and what's been placed.

Timely, relevant updates surfaced without noise. We designed the notifications experience to keep designers informed about project activity, client actions, and team updates without pulling focus.

Account, organisation, billing, update payment, download, and permissions designed as a connected settings experience that handles the full range of account management clearly and without confusion.

The moments around conversion matter. We designed the trial running, trial expired, and account suspended states plus the upgrade flow and billing page to make the path from free to paid feel natural and low-friction.

The product management hub for brands on Programa. We designed the products view with filtering, uploading, and product details, giving suppliers a clear way to manage their catalogue and ensure it's always accurate for the designers sourcing from it.

Managing brand presence on the platform: add, view, edit, and update brand profile. We designed the My Brands section to give suppliers control over how they appear to the thousands of designers using Programa to source products.

Performance data for brands: how products are performing, which designers are engaging, what's being saved and specified. We designed the insights view to give brand teams a meaningful read on their presence without requiring a data analyst to interpret it.

Account configuration and billing for the supplier side profile, organisation, and billing (free and paid tiers). Consistent with the designer settings experience, adapted for the supplier context.
