Buy & sell shares in pre-IPO companies on Hill

Hill is democratizing access to venture-backed private equity, building the leading marketplace for buying and selling shares in late-stage private companies the SpaceXs, Stripes, and OpenAIs of the world. We've worked as Hill's exclusive design partner since day one, leading design across the product and the brand.

The Marketplace is where retail investors browse and buy into private companies that were previously locked behind institutional access. We designed the browsing, watchlist, and order/invest flow to feel as clear and approachable as any consumer investing app, even though what's underneath private equity is anything but simple.

Behind the marketplace sits the operational reality of private market trading: matching orders, managing compliance, moving shares between parties. We designed Hill Admin as the backend for that entire process, giving the Hill team the tools to run private market trading that's invisible to the end investor.
