Compliance automation for financial promotions

Adclear is the compliance platform trusted by leading UK finance brands, automating the review, approval, and monitoring of financial promotions so marketing and compliance teams can move faster without losing control. We came in to design the full product experience, working across the complex landscape of fintech marketing compliance and turning it into something people could actually use.

The landing point for every user when they log in. We designed two versions, V1 and V2, iterating toward a home that surfaces the right signals for each role: inbox, reviews, submissions in both kanban and list views. The goal was a single screen that tells you exactly where things stand without having to navigate to find out.

The full view of every promotion in the system: all promotions, in review, escalated, and nested rows for variations. We designed the index to handle volume without becoming overwhelming, with table sorting, saved views, filter flows, and snippet previews that let users scan, triage, and act without leaving the list.

Where a promotion is actually reviewed, we designed the viewer to support multiple formats: images, text, video, PDF, audio, links, UI design, docs across single, carousel, batch, and variations layouts. The drafting experience, new version flows, local components, and miscellaneous states are all designed to give reviewers everything they need without cluttering the screen.

Creating a new promotion is a multi-step workflow select type, upload media, finalize metadata. We designed the builder to handle every content type Adclear supports: blank, images, text, video, PDF, audio, link, UI design, and doc each with its own set of format options and edge cases all within a consistent creation flow that doesn't require a manual to follow.

Where compliance teams encode the rules. We designed the policies section with two views My Policy and Suggested Policy, giving users both their own configured ruleset and a library of suggested frameworks to build from. Structured, editable, and always the source of truth for everything downstream.

Managing the language that has to appear on every promotion index, details with no variants, details with variants, trigger tables, and line disclaimers. We designed the disclaimers experience to make managing complex conditional language feel systematic rather than chaotic.

Every claim a brand makes needs to be evidenced and tracked. We designed the claims section to cover the full lifecycle index, claim details for review, claim details for review (other reviewers), claim details to review (without delivery), and new claim with local components that keep the experience consistent at every stage.

Performance data across the platform: overall metrics, advanced views, and Newspoint. We designed analytics to give compliance and marketing leads a clear read on how the platform is performing and where the bottlenecks are, with enough depth to make decisions and enough clarity to not need a data analyst to read it.

Account configuration, team management, subscription plans, and notification preferences. Functional, organised, and consistent with the rest of the product the kind of settings experience that earns trust by never surprising you.
