Simpler proposals, contracts and invoices

Neudesk is a project and client management platform built for freelancers and creative teams, with proposals, contracts, invoices, and projects all in one place. We came in to discover the MVP, establish the product direction, and design the full experience across both mobile and desktop.

Getting a new user set up and oriented quickly. We designed a mobile onboarding flow that introduces the core concepts projects, clients, and the document workflow without overwhelming the user before the product has a chance to deliver value.

The daily view. We designed the dashboard to surface what's active, what's due, and where things stand across projects, clients, and outstanding documents in a single scrollable read.

Managing active work across multiple clients. We designed the projects view to make it easy to see what's in progress, what's upcoming, and what needs attention, with a create flow that gets a new project up quickly without unnecessary steps.

A clean client list with everything attached to each relationship: projects, proposals, contracts, invoices. We designed the clients section to make it fast to find anyone and see where things stand with them at a glance.

Account preferences and configuration. Functional and consistent with the rest of the mobile product.

The client-facing side of the platform: what a client sees when they receive a proposal, sign a contract, or view an invoice. We designed three distinct client views: Proposal, Contract, and Invoice, each optimised for reading and taking action, not for navigating the product.

The desktop dashboard gives a broader view of the business's active projects, pending documents, and recent client activity, with more room to surface detail than the mobile version.

A full project management layer on desktop. We designed the projects experience to handle the complexity of managing multiple workstreams, list views, project detail, and task tracking without becoming a heavyweight tool that slows people down.

Desktop client management with the full relationship view: documents sent, projects linked, status of each. Designed to give a complete picture of any client relationship without switching context.

The client-facing portal on desktop. We designed a unified view that lets clients see everything relevant to their relationship in one place, with dedicated views for proposals, contracts, and invoices that make signing and approving fast and frictionless.

The desktop onboarding flow that gets new users connected, oriented, and into their first project without needing a walkthrough.
