We were brought in to design the full mobile product experience, from the moment a new user lands to the core app they come back to every month.

Public Grid reaches users in different ways: landlords sending setup links, move-in flows, direct sign-ups. We designed each entry point to feel coherent regardless of how someone arrives, so the first screen they see always makes sense in context.

Connecting your utility account is a moment that requires trust. We designed a step-by-step onboarding flow that asks the right questions in the right order: what provider, what address, what goals, building confidence at each step before asking for anything sensitive. By the end, users know exactly what Public Grid is doing and why.

The dashboard that makes managing energy feel effortless. We designed the home screen to surface what matters: current bill, savings found, energy usage trends in a layout that gives users a clear read on their account without having to dig.

Paying a utility bill should take seconds. We designed the pay bills flow to be clean and direct: current amount, payment method, confirmation with enough detail to feel in control and enough simplicity to never feel like a chore.

Timely, relevant alerts that actually help: a bill due, a saving found, a usage spike. We designed notifications to feel useful rather than noisy, surfacing the right information at the right moment.
